For food safety and hygiene reasons,
returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once a product has been opened.
If the received product is:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- In the wrong quantity
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and provide relevant photo evidence.
We will follow up as soon as possible.
Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
